Once a course is accessed or downloaded, it is not eligible for return, as the digital material cannot be “taken back.”
We offer a limited refund option only under genuine circumstances.
You may be eligible for a refund if:
You made a double payment by mistake.
You did not receive course access due to a technical issue from our end and it wasn’t resolved within 3 working days after contacting support.
You enrolled but faced unavoidable payment or delivery errors caused by the payment gateway.

You did not complete or start the course after gaining access.

Once your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
