All our courses are digital recorded products, which means you receive immediate access to the content after successful payment.
Once a course is accessed or downloaded, it is not eligible for return, as the digital material cannot be “taken back.”

💰 2. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer a limited refund option only under genuine circumstances.
You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You made a double payment by mistake.

  • You did not receive course access due to a technical issue from our end and it wasn’t resolved within 3 working days after contacting support.

  • You enrolled but faced unavoidable payment or delivery errors caused by the payment gateway.

In such cases, you must email our support team with valid proof of payment and a detailed explanation of the issue.

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • You requested a refund after the eligibility period (more than 7 days after purchase).

  • You shared course access details or violated the Terms & Conditions.

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
Please note that transaction fees, GST, or payment gateway charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
